Reschedule

Refunds

If we cancel a session we will reschedule or issue a full refund. Partial sessions are reviewed and adjustments offered case-by-case.

Booking FAQ

How do I pay for a session?
We send a secure payment link (UPI / Razorpay). Payment confirms your booking. If you prefer invoices or corporate payment options, contact support.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes — receipts are sent after payment. If you need a formal invoice, reply to the confirmation email with your billing details and we’ll issue one.
Is payment required to confirm a booking?
Yes. A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed through the provided payment link.
How soon will you confirm my slot?
We usually confirm slots within a few hours during business hours. For urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll try to speed things up, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule my class?
Yes — you can reschedule up to 2 hours before the session. For last-minute emergencies, message us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy.
What materials will I receive?
After each session we share practice questions, short notes and suggested problem sets tailored to your plan and weak areas.
Can I change the tutor?
Sessions are currently handled by the assigned tutor. For special requests or tutor-related concerns, contact support and we’ll review the request based on availability.
