• Booking and scheduling sessions

• Providing mock tests, quizzes, and educational practice content

Mobile App Data Usage

Our mobile applications and services may use Firebase services provided by Google, including:

• Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Firebase Crashlytics (for crash logs and diagnostics)

These services are provided by Google and may process data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

These services may collect:

• Quiz activity and learning progress data

This information is used only for app functionality, educational services, security, analytics, and improving user experience.

Educational App Functionality

The MyFlexiLearn TestZone application may store and process quiz-related educational activity data including:

• Completed mock tests, quizzes and practice sessions
• Selected answers and quiz scores
• Learning progress and performance analytics
• Study activity timestamps
• Topic preferences and educational usage patterns

This information is used only to improve educational experience, app functionality, personalized learning features, and platform reliability.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data.

We may share data only:

• With trusted service providers (e.g., payment gateways, Firebase/Google services)
• With payment processors, if payment services are introduced in future updates
• If required by law or legal process

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services and maintain platform functionality.

If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 days.

Quiz history, scores, learning activity, and educational performance data associated with the user account may also be permanently deleted after approved account deletion requests are processed.

Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and all associated data here: https://myflexilearn.com/delete-account/

Once processed:

• All personal data (name, email, phone number, bookings) will be permanently deleted
• Quiz history and learning data may also be removed
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Data Security

We use secure technologies, encryption, and industry-standard security measures to protect user data during transmission and storage, including educational records, quiz activity, and account-related information.

We continuously work to improve platform security, educational data protection, and system reliability.

Educational Content Disclaimer

MyFlexiLearn TestZone provides mock tests, practice questions, educational materials, and learning tools intended for self-study and exam preparation purposes.

While we strive to provide accurate and updated educational content, we do not guarantee:

• Absolute accuracy of all questions or explanations
• Specific exam results, rankings, or selections
• That all educational content will remain error-free or continuously updated

Users are encouraged to independently verify important information where necessary.

MyFlexiLearn reserves the right to modify, improve, remove, or update educational content at any time without prior notice.

Push Notifications (TestZone App)

TestZone may request permission to send push notifications for daily test reminders and app updates. This permission is optional. On Android 13 and above, you will be explicitly asked to grant this permission.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device Settings → Apps → TestZone → Notifications.

Leaderboard

TestZone displays a public leaderboard showing your display name, score, and accuracy percentage. By using the app, you consent to your name and performance data being visible to other users on the leaderboard.

Age Requirement

TestZone is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 should not use the app without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using MyFlexiLearn and MyFlexiLearn TestZone, you agree to the following terms:

• MyFlexiLearn provides educational services, tutoring support, mock tests, and learning tools.
• We do not guarantee exam results, ranks, placements, or selections.
• Sessions are conducted based on availability and scheduled slots.
• Users must provide accurate information during booking.
• Misuse of services, account sharing, or abusive behaviour is not permitted.
• Users must provide accurate account information.
• Misuse of services, abusive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, or account sharing is prohibited.
• Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or misuse educational content without permission.
• Performance statistics shown inside the app are intended only for educational and self-assessment purposes.
• Automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or attempts to interfere with platform operations are prohibited.

MyFlexiLearn reserves the right to suspend accounts, modify services, or update platform functionality to maintain security, fairness, and service quality.

TestZone App — Additional Terms

• Quiz questions and educational content in TestZone are provided for self-study and exam preparation only.
• Scores and leaderboard rankings are for personal assessment and motivation — they are not official exam results.
• TestZone is ad-free. We do not display third-party advertisements within the app.

App Availability & Updates

MyFlexiLearn may periodically update, improve, modify, suspend, or remove app features, mock tests, educational content, and platform functionality.

Some features may be introduced, changed, restricted, or removed as part of ongoing development and service improvements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to offer flexible scheduling while maintaining fairness for both students and tutors.

Tutoring Sessions and Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Emergency rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Session Time Adjustment (3-Hour Sessions Only)

• Session time adjustment is applicable only to 3-hour sessions.
• If a 3-hour session is partially completed due to a technical issue from our side, the remaining time may be adjusted in a future session, subject to tutor availability.

Refunds

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• If a session has not started, a refund request may be considered.
• If a session is interrupted due to an issue on our side, students may choose between a full reschedule or a refund.
• Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method.

Technical issues arising from the student’s side are not considered valid grounds for refunds.

If paid mock tests, subscriptions, or premium educational services are introduced in future updates, additional payment and refund policies may apply.

Referral & Scheduling Policy

Referral Discounts

Referral discounts apply only after the referred student completes their first paid session. Discounts are applied to the referrer’s next eligible booking and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to eligibility review.

Priority Scheduling

Priority scheduling is available to students who complete at least 4+ sessions within a calendar month. Priority access allows early selection of preferred time slots, subject to availability.

MyFlexiLearn reserves the right to review eligibility and prevent misuse of referral, scheduling, or promotional systems.

These policies are intended to ensure fairness, transparency, platform security and a smooth positive learning experience for all students.
