Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your MyFlexiLearn account and all associated data including your email address, phone number, and booking information. This account deletion option is available to all users of the MyFlexiLearn mobile application. Requests are processed within 7–30 days.

This action is permanent

Your account and login access will be removed
All personal data including your email address, phone number, and booking history will be permanently deleted
Any unused session credits will be forfeited
This cannot be undone once processed
